• No Refunds: All services booked, and producrts purchased are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for cancellations.
• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of:
  • $150 for color services
  • $50 for haircut services
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full value of the appointment.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these cancellation and no-show policies.

By making a booking, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you select. Payments are required prior to service unless otherwise agreed upon. If a cancellation or no-show occurs, the applicable charge will be processed to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
