NO refunds: 

all services booked are non-refundable. we do not offer refunds for services rendered or for cancellations outside of our policy below.

cancellations policy:

if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of $150 for color service, and $50 for haircut services.

no shows:

failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full value of the appointment.
