NO refunds: 

all services booked are non-refundable. we do not offer refunds for services rendered or for cancellations outside of our policy below.

cancellations policy:

if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Amanda’s appointments must be cancelled outside of 48 hours.

Any Tuesday appointments must be cancelled on the Saturday prior as it is within business hours.

 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or outside of our policies will incur a charge of $150 for color service, and $50 for haircut services. 

no shows:

failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge for the full value of the appointment. 

Additionally, all charges include a 2.79% Terminal Fee.
